The American Financial Exchange, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “AFX”) has created this Privacy Statement and Policy (“Policy”) in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of the users of an AFX World Wide Website (“Website”). AFX does not solicit information about our users from third-parties.

AFX reserves the right to disclose user information in special cases, when AFX has reason to believe that disclosing such user information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) AFX’s rights or property, other Website users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
